I install it on WAMP and run it without any edit,

I say :

403 Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /panel/ on this server

What to do?

Lol maybe you need my help , i think your trying to make hosting company , i will recomend you to use ogp (open game panel)

its a free and profesional panel , mord games suported tutorial how to use it, just talk any admin there then they will teach you step by step using team viewer.

also forward your website port to your anti virus and your current internet port forwarding panel , so every one can see it.
