Is it possible to replace the particle.txd? for example having new blood new lights for example, i have seen this on other servers

if so can you give me an example on how it's done?

Replace each texture of the texture file individually with shaders.

Example - FX File:

texture particleTexture; 
  
technique ReplaceParticle 
{ 
    pass P0 
    { 
        Texture[0] = particleTexture; 
    } 
} 

Then use these functions:

dxCreateShader 
dxSetShaderValue 
engineApplyShaderToWorldTexture
