I don't know what you mean? Alot of servers have a FPS limit, such as 36

Just start it as Administrator Rights. and install it in your MTA SA Directory . Its mainly presents at C:\Program Files\MTA San Andreas 1.3

And Run your MTA as usual

Note :- Its an official MTA SA RC update

PS :- If you have slow PC , this not gonna work , you should meet the minimum requirements to play at Low Graphics.

Another audio driver update.

If all graphics settings are at the lowest possible, then there is nothing more that can be done for FPS. Sorry.

I want To Remove BASS Effect , And All Effect mta sa , gta:sa Becouse

GTA:SA Single Player : 400mb

GTA:SA With MTA SA : 750mb
