Well, the first one seems to be just fire, you can create fire with this function:

createFire

And the second, I don't understand what is it.

If I'm right, replacing pickups is problematic, though, you can use the engine functions to replace them.

this my code its not work

function replaceModel()
  dff = engineLoadDFF("tex/bigdollar.dff" )
engineReplaceModel(dff, 1274)
  dff = engineLoadDFF("tex/bonus.dff" )
engineReplaceModel(dff, 1248)
  txd = engineLoadTXD("tex/bonus.txd" )
  engineImportTXD(txd, 1248)
  txd = engineLoadTXD("tex/dyn_cash.txd" )
  engineImportTXD(txd, 1212)
  txd = engineLoadTXD("tex/icons2.txd" )
  engineImportTXD(txd, 1274)
  dff = engineLoadDFF("tex/money.dff" )
  engineReplaceModel(dff, 1212)
  txd = engineLoadTXD("tex/health.txd" )
  engineImportTXD(txd, 1210)

end
addEventHandler ( "onClientResourceStart", getResourceRootElement(getThisResource()), replaceModel)

addCommandHandler ( "reloadtex", replaceModel )
