Can't walk while aiming.

Hello there!

I have problem here: I can't move properly (or at all) while aiming/shooting, I mean side to side walking, etc. You can experience the same thing in SP or SA-MP, if the framelimiter is off and fps is above 48. But the thing is that the fps is below 48 and the framelimiter is on, and problem still appears. Doesn't matter what gun do I use or in which server I play - same problem. So I tried cleanly reinstalling both MTA and San Andreas, deleting Gta_sa.set, changing settings and compatibility modes - nothing worked.

All drivers (Vga, DirectX) are up to date.

SP and SA-MP works fine.

The problem appeared after clean install of Windows 7 Prof. 64-bit. Before I had Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit and everything was fine.

I think the problem is that MTA servers have set the weapon skill levels to the absolute minimum, because that's the default value. A low weapon skill means no moving while aiming and only single wielding some guns. Only the server staff can change this.

A simple test would be to start up a new single player game, use the KJKSZPJ cheat and see if you experience the same while aiming and moving with an M4.

Uhm makes a good point. Try starting the 'defaultstats' resource.

Well, he said whatever server he plays. They all have same problem. So, how is he supposed to start a resource on someone else's server?

I can confirm that some players on my server are also having this issue. However, someone fixed it by installing an older MTA version and then installing a new one over it. Dunno if it actually works, but you can give it a try.

I searched a bit, but couldn't find where to download the older version. Where can I find one?

And this isn't a problem with low shooting/guns skills. All levels are full (max). As I said, I hadn't any problems while playing on same servers before. But still thanks!

This bug is caused by your fps limit, make sure this limit is under the 60/70 fps.

60 and 70 is ok, but when your go to 80 you won't be able to walk while shooting and also deep dive in the water will be impossible.
