Car gear sound

Hello , i have a problem / or a curiosity more . It is about the GTA car sounds , the gear sound .

Well , i'm playing on race , and i hear my car's gears are changed , but other's gears are not , and it turns into one gear

Well how can i make my car sound like this ?
