and the problem is that I have the gang_system castle and I think this makes the private groups (clans) do not come into the team in the tab ... I want to know why that happens. regards

you mean you have gang system which makes private gangs and you want that gangs show in tab ?

gangs aren't teams, they only have column in scoreboard.

I've tried many things, eg start playing in some public group as "mexican group" and then want to go into my private group (clan) and the continuous scoreboard as "group mexican"
