MTA not joining ANY servers?!?!?

It used to work PERFECT on windows 7.

Now I have windows 8, and all works fine, until I try join ANY server, if its custom or not, it still wont work.

All It does is freeze after joining a server, the button "Quick Join" changes too "Disconnect".

And at the bottom it says "Ganton" in faint writing.

PLEASE help, I really want to play and it just wont work, I have a NON-MODDED game, not even one mod installed.

Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions.

• Graphics driver
  
• Audio driver
  
• Storage driver
  
• Wireless driver
  
• Ethernet driver
  
• MEI driver

Provide another MTADiag log after installing.

MEI & Graphics drivers both failed to install, my system didn't meet the minimum requirements, everything else successfully installed, here is the logfile. http://pastebin.com/BdjEMLdc
