disconnects from server whenever i connect to one...

whenever i run gta vice city and connect to a server...it is fine for the first couple of seconds then my ping gets incredibly low(i remembered it last time to be -4398) and then i get a message in the text field "Disconnected from server."...then we i get out of the game and look at the chat filed in the client it says "Connection timed out. (Delay = 10 sec)"...can anyone help me...?

It sounds like you connected to a bad server, IMO.
