Saved Map

Hi there everyone.

Back to mapping and I'm already having a problem with my MTA.

I was working on a project and saved this. Two days later I have decided to continue to work on it but couldn't because, when I click on open and look for the name I have saved my work in to, to load the world, I just don't see it there.

I have looked in to my C:/programfiles/MTA 1.3/server/mods/deathmatches/resources, I do see the folder with the name on it and a few files in it.

So can anyone please help me out, this is the first time that this has happen to me.

Check .map file, if it has 1KB, the map is corrupted. If not, it might be an editor problem. If that's your case, wait someone else to help you.

Yes it's 1kb, this means I have to start all over again?

And what's the cause of this, is there a way to fix this?

Yes, you do. It has 1KB of size because it has nothing written, meaning the map hasn't been saved. There's no way to fix that, it's normal that sometimes files corrupts.
