[HELP] Voting system.

Hey guys, as usuall some1 always has a problem in some script, or function... So i came to try get help from some1 to sort my question out.

I'm making a simple script, calls " vote system " which is usefull for admins, mods , super mods, ir gamode like " race " to make a vote before restarting a map, it's like clan members rule. to not redo without vote... i've made a dx text function in screen, but like a last time in my post, i'm lost with command handlers, and ACL check, to let the script know that only " Mod, S.mod , Admin. " can use this command. So if anyone who could know, how to finish this simple thing, please reply to this post.
