i press F7 and say

i login

press F7

again say me

you need to be logged

i try in my Lan server and in my Really server dont work

what is the problem

Nothing can be done other than checking that you have add the resource in admin group or something like this.

So, you downloaded a userpanel from community and that exact one gave you errors for not being able to access server-side data and it was compiled? No, seriously... Most likely you stole it and you say you got it from community just for people help you.
