Error While shutting down

Hello all i get an error while shutting down my server and if i edited ACL.xml or mtaserver.conf or something like that , it dosen't save after i shutdown my server.

Details about my laptop :

System Type: 64-bit Operating System

Windows Type: Windows 7 Home Basic

Model: HP Pavilion g6 Notebook PC

Manufacturer: Hewlett-Packard

Yes and nothing get saved if i tryed to change from the acl or mtaserver.conf and the server is online

• - You can't edit mtaserver.conf
  - If you edit acl.xml, use

Even if i didn't edit mtaserver.conf or acl it happens to me
