i am play in (some) server my FPS is 20 or 35 and maps some maps 50 FPS and some 35

my fix quailty is low

i am try patch frame limter still FPS and lag

Nobody isnt gonna "tune-up" your PC. Google!

i am download tune-up and active serial

but After a short period say : your serial not Genuine (i dont update tuneup)

Turn this setting on: Settings->Advanced->Debug setting->#0000 Log timing

Play in the laggy server and after it lags for a few seconds, quit MTA and provide a new MTADiag log.

The log file shows no script issues on the server, so your FPS issues are caused by a slow computer. Make sure your graphics settings and resolution are set to lowest settings.

See if this graphics driver will install.

Actually, a Core i3 is a very good processor. It's not a Core i5 neither an i7 but it's very good for a budget. That might not be enough for MTA:SA anyway, though.

2. Settings->Video->Resolution->640x480x16

3. Settings->Video->Draw Distance->0%

4. Settings->Video->FX Quality->Low

5. Settings->Video->Anisotropic filtering->Off

6. Settings->Video->Anti-aliasing->Off

7. Settings->Video->Heat haze->Clear

8. Settings->Advanced->Fast CJ clothes loading->Off

9. Settings->Advanced->Streaming memory->128 MB

That will give you the best speed for your hardware.
