FPS Problem , i need help

Hello , so i started playing MTA and im only getting 20-40 FPS max . I was getting 50-60 in samp and i think i have good graphic card . here is an screen of my computer.

Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions.

I downloaded it but when i try to open it it just close after 2 secs

My apologies, please redownload and run MTADiag again. There was a bug in the program which I've fixed.

Hello , i launched mtadiag it told me Missing files , the files are only the Languages TXT that i dont need . I did DXDIAG think and copied result in paste bin . Hope you can help me with this ^^

Sorry for the inconvenience about MTADiag, I've made it ignore missing language files.

Please install the following:

• Graphics driver
  
• Chipset drivers
  
• Latest patch of MTA:SA
  
• Latest DirectX runtimes

Provide another dxdiag log after installing.

Looks like the drivers were already up to date. Are you still having poor FPS? Do you get poor FPS on every server or just a specific few? Does GTA:SA single player work fine?

Yes i still , i get 20 fps from the serveur i play. DayZ mta and 30-40 in some DD/DM Servers

Do you have any Programs running in the background that isn't important?

The only thing i could say is make sure everything is up-to-date, meaning if you have any updates in the Windows Update, Update them now.
