New Test PC , MTA Not working

So i tried installing GTA and MTA on my test PC

it has no updated drivers i think and it really needs it

When i open MTA it says GTA SA cannot find Sound card

I reinstalled GTA and MTA several times

i dont get it it worked before why not now?

I have researched and fixed the issue, You must delete the GTA Userdata folder in My Documents!
