MTA error

Everytime I try to start MTA I get an error

Error loading netc.dll mudle! (Error14001)

well, we can't see what version you have, please check "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\MTA San Andreas All" to see if your MTA's are there.

Did you try uninstalling MTA?

if not, please try uninstalling it then installing it again, after that, do another MTADiag please.

Please install the following:

• Graphics driver
  
• Audio driver
  
• Ethernet driver (do a Repair install if prompted)
  
• Storage driver

Provide another MTADiag log after installing.

OK, the drivers installed properly.

Does GTA:SA single player work properly? Are you installing MTA:SA as an Administrator?

Yes my GTA:SA is working on single player I am the admin its my own PC

Have you tried completely uninstalling MTA then installing it again as an administrator? Has MTA ever worked before?

Yeah I tried that MTA worked before but I had to reset my windows because of a virus since then it is not working...

Please install all critical Windows Updates and see if MTA works then.
