i've got this problem when i start mtasa ((the offline game works fine))

Please install the following:

• Graphics driver
  
• Ethernet driver (do a Repair install if prompted)
  
• Storage driver
  
• Touchpad driver
  
• BIOS A05

Also remove the XP SP3 compatibility mode setting for gta_sa.exe, and the Vista SP2 compatibility mode setting for Multi Theft Auto.exe.

Provide another MTADiag log after installing.
