Can't Connect to Local Server

Hi

I need help.When I'm gonna make a map at Map Editor , it can't connect to Local Server.

When I gonna eat for dinner , I leave my PC like this , then after dinner it's still like this.

Please help.

Sometimes I hate waiting so long but what I found useful is putting the MTA Window down then pulling it back up and it goes right through.
