Spamming server please help

from seconds this user 7GY-9MOD who is registered in this forums has spammed my chatbox with this command

[2012-08-01 17:51:56] 7GY-9MoD executed command: setTimer ( outputChatBox, 60, 9999, "حجي صمود عالي عالي الى نكة العكري تحت انعالي")

i wanna fast solution to stop this ..... from spamming my server

You have a big security problem there, stop the resource "runcode" first, then you must restrict the resource to the "Admin" group in "acl.xml".

Are you sure that he doesn't has admin rights?

full sure hes just jealous that my server worked out and you seen what happen to a3kri he and ahmedfef trying to make you giving him ban

If you stopped the resource and he has no admin rights to turn it back on, then someone else must be starting the resource again.

Only runcode and the admin panel itself has these functions.
