MTA SA 1.3 Error!!!

Hy Everyone!!

!! I'm Italian and my English is not the best !!

NOw, i have downloaded MTA SA 1.3 and when i try to install it, it says that is impossible to estract cgui.dll and others many files .dll format. In practice, there isn't the MTA San Andreas v1.3 Folder in C:\\Programs File. And i must to abort the installation.

In the other MTA Version it go and i can play but there is no server in the old MTA.

I'd like to try MTA 1.3 but there is this problem. What can I do?

Run the installer as an administrator (right click -> "Run as Administrator").

I try 3 times to run the installer as an administrator but nothing.. There's the same error installation..

delete the MTA San Andreas 1.3 Folder then try the installer again.

NOthing Change... During the installer It says "Impossible to output files cgui.dll and other 50-60 files" I've Windows 7

Open an Explorer window, then paste %programdata%\MTA San Andreas All\1.3\ into the address bar, then open report.log. Paste the contents of that file here within
