Can't open MTA

Hello, members of the MTA dev team. I am finding myself stuck and not knowing how to open my game. I re-installed MTA completely and I re-installed my GTA:SA completely and I still get a runtime error as soon as I start the game up. Any idea on how to fix this? Thanks

Try deleting your gta_sa.sey file located in your "My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files".

I can't find the user files. Soo something else?

Does single player work properly?

Install Visual C++ 2008 SP1 runtimes.

Yes single player works just fine, and I tried both Visual C++ and it still gets the error

Please install the following:

• Storage driver
  
• Ethernet driver
  
• Optical drive firmware

Provide another MTADiag log after installing.

try running it as Admin,

if you are, then try running it in Compatible mode( "Window's XP" ).

Still nothing, I have done EVERYTHING you guy's/Gal's have told me I guess I'm feked

Well, I fixed it. Thank you all for your help. Turns out the problem was I had a virus . Damn things get you everytime.
