MTA not responding when I start it

When I start the game , I try to connect to a server but than my game isn't responding.

It used to work well , but I got a virus and now I have this problem .I installed an antivirus and my PC works fine .

Try disabling your anti-virus program and run MTA, it might be the Anti-Virus Program that maybe blocking your MTA.

It can't be this , MTA starts and than when I try to connect to a server , it's not responding anymore .

after, uninstall your current Anti-Virus

Please install the following:

• Graphics driver
  
• Audio driver
  
• Storage driver
  
• Ethernet driver (do a Repair install if prompted)

Provide another MTADiag log after installing.

Please remove the "Run in 640x480 screen resolution" compatibility mode settings for gta_sa.exe and Multi Theft Auto.exe.

I've set a bigger resolution and now my game is not responding right after I start it .

Does single player work properly?

If I try to start GTA San Andreas I get the same problem .If I try to start Vice City , I get a ''missing mss32.dll file'' error.
