LAN Server help

Hi just needing help as i have a cable for Lan for me and my brother to play on a lan server but every time i try to get my other computer to join my server it never works (HELP)

It depends,

Are you connecting through "Host a Game"?

if you are then I suggest starting a server instead.

Anyways, make sure you and your brother is connected to the same modem/router.

if you are then make sure you click on Lan before you start the "Host a Game".

Yea i dont have a modem ( that sucks ) i use a LAN cable and yes i click host a game and click on lan start it all up and it doest work
