MTA/GTA SA won't start up

TeemuTheGod

Question

Okay. I have played on MTA soon a year. I have gotten through runtime errors-.. This day, I opened MTA, the loading screen comes. It stays like that for a moment and closes - Nothing happens. I then tried to open GTA SA.exe and nothing happened.

I played MTA last night and it worked nicely, but what has happened over the night while my PC was shut down?

PasteBin: http://pastebin.com/KUEgkBJt

I have re-installed and patched my GTA four times but nothing still happens.

I had this problem before. Bad memories.

You'll probably get these grapichs in all of DirectX games. Are you running on HDD with Windows that has been installed on another computer before or installed a new grapichs card? Basically the thing is that you've installed a driver for your video card on an existing incompatible driver. There are two solutions:

1- Detect what's the wrong driver and uninstall it.

2- Boot your machine, reinstall all drivers. IMO in this case this is the best thing to do, so you won't face other problems in the future.

Maybe I'm wrong and I didn't face the exact problem, but I'm pretty sure that it is the same deal.

I only installed a new Graphic Card driver since i last played MTA.

Tomorrow i will install the new Windows 7 Updates and the new Graphic Card driver and uninstall MTA and GTA:SA and clean the registry. Lets hop this helps i will report back.
