"Connection timed out" Help!

Alright, so today I reinstalled Multi Theft Auto. Note that I'm using the steam GTA_SA.exe

whenever I try to connect to a server, a pop-up comes up saying: "Connection Timed Out". It's been saying that for all servers expect local servers, and hosting a server.

If I had a bad network I would not be on the internet....

Plus, I just got my network like 3 week ago.

Problem fixed!

STEPS

1. Joined local server

2. Tried getting on a server

3. Loaded server correctfully

( I think the issue was just random )

ok, can you post the solution for future purposes.

I actually think this was a network problem, it's appearing randomly.

But, then I just press random buttons, and it some how ends up working.
