no cars in freeroam

hello, how can i get random cars driving inside freeroam around the whole map so people can take it. im only seeing a few cars at spawnpoint but not at all spawnpoints

You can play cars around the map with Map Editor, just go to the MTA Main menu and click on "Map Editor", place your cars, save the map, and load it on your server.
