Need help "blurred background"

Hi all i have small problem, i have list of friends on the bindkey "o" and i can't create "blurred background" . When i click "o" backround must be blurred. And when I again click "o" blurred background must be deleted. Sorry for my bad english but i love talk in this language but not good. Can anyone help me?

I guess you could create an image which would be the blur, then draw it when press "O".

This is a simple shader. If you visited the server with blurred background then you should already have that shader in your resources folder. Check your downloaded resources and you may find it. Search for .fx file.
