problems with connection

a friend of mine have problems with the connection. but a weed before was solved downloading one thing viewtopic.php?f=104&t=43761

but now after CIT server crashed he cant search any server via server browser, and he cant enter via quick connect(i give the adress perfectly).thx for read me
