Please install the following:

• Audio driver

Also remove the Windows Vista compatibility mode settings on gta_sa.exe and Multi Theft Auto.exe. Provide another MTADiag log after doing both of these.

One more thing: the crashes are caused by failure to load american.gxt at startup. Please reinstall GTA:SA and MTA:SA; this should fix the problem.
