Не знаю, относится ли это к данной проблеме, но нужно открыть еще один порт.

Он формируется из одного из тех, что в конфиге + 123.

Т.е. если тот порт 22003, то будет еще 22126, как-то так.

Тут пара вопросов по статьям на вики, я их на русский перевожу, но есть неувязочки, мне кажется, что часть инфы из ориг. статей устарела.
