Is it possible to add a new log ?

staffPanel.log

and then

output to log staffpanel.log

that player has used fix button

Sorry as far as i know you can't save your server log on port servers, you can just see what they doing in MTA SERVER.exe

only on host servers can see a bit actions in your server

You can see everything happen in your server from log file that saved at located (server\mods\deathmatch\logs)
