Ehm, not sure I get what you mean, but you could use the draw image function

Yes, but it would be more complicated if compare with the creation of few buttons. You would create a rectangle (dxDrawRectangle()), some texts (to create the menu, using dxDrawText()) and insert the commands to arrow keyboard buttons.
