Hello dear MTA users , can someone tell me where is located server files like skins cars etc.. i mean in which folder they are?

If you mean from another server then

Program files(x86)/mta san andreas 1.3/mods/resources there are all the downloaded files

Sorry, but you have to start scripting to make those stuff... Unless you mean the freeroam resource.

That folder only has client-sided scripts...
