MTA could work on any windows PC.

If you downgrade you have to install it again, if you upgrade, you have to reinstall it again.

Last time in-stalled WindowsXP without any service packs it didnot work.

Oh, tht's y, u need Service packs

You need XP SP3 at a minimum to run MTA:SA.
