Parkour

How would I make a parkour script? I want it with features that let me roll when i land if I hold 'c' while falling, jump higher but not with reduced gravity, wall climb for a bit, and jump off walls. Im not asking for someone to make it for me, just give me a few pointers, tutorials mabie? I'm trying to learn scripting but the Tuts out there are all shit so it's hard.
