set team on first join

hi, sorry but I'm learning to script and there are not many good tutorials so its taking a while.

I want a script that makes it so that the first time a player joins my server they are put into the team, 'unemployed' then when they join the next time they are in whatever team they were in when they left.

For example if I joined for the first ever time, so I'm in no team, I login and the server sees I'm in no team and puts me in the unemployed team. While I'm playing I then go to the bus job, which puts me in the bus driver team. Then I leave the server and come back the next day and I'm put into the bus team.

How do I do this?
