how can I make text in top of ped just like a picture is showing. Is it posibble to make server sided?

i've looked in a wiki but i didn't find it. I've only finded for screen.

If you wanna put in top of the ped, you must create it client-side.

if you wanna put it in the place where is the ped, use Server-side Text Functions.

That's a 3D text if I'm right, you can't do it server side, you must do it client side.

I know that there are server side texts, but you can't create them in 3D as far as I know.
