Problem with Map download progress

I go on a server and the map download progress takes the piss and goes really really slow to the point were it is not worth playing any idea how I fix this?

It said it was patching my MTA and It did but when I went on it and connected to a server still the loading time was slow..

Run the MTADiag again and press n for no and a generated log will be made.

I would want this generated log to know what's up with your MTA.
