As i said earlier i couldn't install AMD Catalyst but should i uninstall this ----->AMD VISION engine control center

And is there any other Video drivers i need to uninstall?

If there is nothing else listed under AMD or ATI, that should be all you need to uninstall. If the drivers still won't install, reinstall Windows - it's fairly obvious that there are other underlying issues at that point.

Run MTA once the installer has finished to see if it works now.
If MTA works now, enter 'y' to quit MTADiag.
If it doesn't, enter 'n' to continue diagnostics.

If the problem is still occuring then, ya, do a MTADiag and post the generated log either here using

or PasteBin.
