MTA:SA Splash screen not respond HELP!!!!

So i had to recently re-install san andreas so i could have no mods so i did and it work fine on single player, i also reinstall MTA:SA and I open it it gets to the 'Stop playing with yourself' screen and when my mouse goes over it its the round blue loading thing with no courser. I need some help please!

Please download and run MTADiag, follow the instructions, paste its generated log file at PasteBin, then link to that paste here.

Yes that is the whole thing. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit (Bought in the UK)

Yeah a thing about the run times it says 'Where do you want to place the extracted files?' on setup, where do i meant to extract

And how come i could use to be able to run MTA but since i reinstall GTA SA i cant? That seems odd :S

All of the other things installed ok but im installing the graphics one and on install the bar isint moving at stuck on 'Detecting computer' also MTA dosent work yet but ill do a dxdiag though:

can you uninstall MTA and delete the folder then install it, and if it doesn't work, can you post another log using the MTADiag.

I have re-installed it loads of times at still not work but i will try again.

And also a note: I played GTA SA single player today and there was no lag, didn't crash so there should be nothing wrong with that.

I know I already suggested something very similar, but install these specific DirectX runtimes. Your DirectX seems to have some problems that the installer I previously linked might not correct. Try providing another dxdiag log after installing these runtimes.

I can't install dirextx run times because it says a newer or equivalent version has already been installed (Must of been the download from yesterday)

It is most likely hanging when running dxdiag. This is caused by dxdiag not being able to query video adapter information properly.

Please click Start -> type cmd -> press Enter -> type wmic Path Win32_VideoController Get -> press Enter and copy the result here.

Are you running MTADiag as an Administrator? Is MTA still installed?
