Need help with making a website

I'm making a website, it's based on MTA and my resources. I could really use some help on what should it contain, I want something where I can upload my resources, upload new versions, maybe issue tracking if possible.

Or, should I just use Google Code or Sourceforge?

If you want to make a website and you know html, php, javascript, etc...

then you could use a webhosting provider and if you don't know nothing about those, then I suggest using http://www.Webs.com

I get sick and tired of seeing - http://order.1and1.co.uk/ - being displayed on the commericals. Though they could do the job you want?
