You can't fix it cause MTA isn't for SAMP ! The MTA Map Editor is made for Mta sa.. Lots Of Things made in the Mta Map editor won't work in SAMP.

IT WONT, MTA CHANGED AND YOU WILL NEVER USE MTA FOR YOUR MAP EDITING

MTA is a multi-player modification, not intended to be an alternative SA-MP map editor. Sorry, we shouldn't provide you help about SA-MP.
