Derp Posted March 15, 2012 Posted March 15, 2012 When I try to open MTA 1.3 I get this: Error loading netc.dlll module! (Error 14001: The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more detail.) Help?
