can't download archived version of mta 0.5r2

i wanted to download mta 0.5r2 for gta 3 and vice city but this yields a "403 - forbidden" error. could someone tell me why this is? all other archives work. only the 0.5r2 and 0.5 not. if this can't be solved could someone upload this for me? thanks
