An issue about FPS.[URGENT]

Hey dear community, I'm here to want help from you.I don't know here is the right section of the problem, if not ; sorry for that.

The point goes here,my FPS damnly got down.It was always at the FPS limit of the server which I'm playing on.I found something on other forums,then I changed my display to win98.It increased my FPS a lot,but now even with that it's so little.

It's around 20-30 in a server which has 51 FPS limit.And about the resolution,even with 640x600x16,it's still around 20-30.

You might think like my pc ain't enough for them,but it is.

-Windows 7 Home Premium.

-NVIDIA GeForce GT220M cuda, 1GB.

-4GB RAM.

-500 GB HARD DISK.

-Intel Centrino 2 inside.

Well,I didn't reboot it since I bought the pc,like it's been over 1 year.I need help,I have to play it.

Suggesting for a booster won't be useful,all of them ain't working/increasing my FPS.

Use this MTA Tools then post the generated log if the MTA doesn't work.
