GPS resource in default mta resources??

I found the resource named GPS in my server folder and now i wanna know what it is and how it works. I searched trough the script file but found nothing. Help pl0x???

try to stand close to a road and then use /path2 targetX targetY

you should see markers appearing as well as a route drawn on the mini map which leads you to your target position
