guiSetText(g_GUI.speclabel, 'Currently spectating:\n' .. getPlayerName(Spectate.target)) 

and replace it with this:

guiSetText(g_GUI.speclabel, 'Currently spectating:\n' .. removeColorCoding(getPlayerName(Spectate.target)))
