MTA San Andreas 1.3

Hello guys, since realese of MTA SA 1.3, my downloading of maps is soooo slow, it takes 5-15 mins, in 1.2 that problem didn't exist. I just joined some server DM/DD and normal ''Cross map'' takes 5 mins. So, I'm asking... is there any solution to fix that ?

PS: My internet is good. It isn't problem of internet.

So people, please give me helpful hand !

What's your settings for your MTA? (i.e. Single Connection: default)

Try changing the single connection setting

Didn't work at all, well as I said, that problem didn't exist in MTA 1.2, sooo maybe it won't download that slow in 1.4 (if 1.4 will exist) D:
