They know nobody who offers free hosting. They are desperate. THEY NEED A HOSTER. Suddenly, someone appears with free hosting solution. Guess what? Exactly. IT'S A MIRACLE. AND THEY HAVE TO USE THAT OPPORTUNITY!!! IT COULD NOT APPEAR AGAIN. So they take it.
